With years of passion and experience from Ming Ming’s Kitchen, Tony and Minh opened Annamese to share an echo of Hanoi in a space that feels warm from the moment you arrive.
Meet Chef Hannis Tran
Building on their journey from Ming Ming’s Kitchen, Tony and Minh welcomed Head Chef Hannis Tran to lead the kitchen at Annamese. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she brings expertise and creativity to classic Vietnamese flavours, adding her own touch to every plate.

Tucked away on the second floor of Brisbane Quarter, our space blends classic and modern touches with warm timber and soft lighting. It’s made for staying a little longer than planned.
